Artesans-ResQ US is the partner of Artesans ResQ Ukraine. We specialize in the transport of critically ill patients across all age groups, ensuring they receive the necessary medical assistance promptly in Ukraine and abroad.

About Us
Artesans-ResQ Ukraine is a charitable organization that has been saving patients’ lives since 2022 through a coordinated system of Critical Care Transport (CCT) and medical staff training. Today, we are a provider of specialized patient transport within Ukraine and abroad, as well as the developer of the country’s first national CCT protocols and standards.
Our team began its work in early 2022, when medical and emergency service professionals recognized the scale of the challenges ahead. With the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine’s healthcare system came under critical pressure, while the need for long-distance patient transport increased sharply. In response, we ensured uninterrupted intensive care during the transport of critically ill patients — in specially equipped ambulances staffed by teams of physicians, anesthesiologists, and paramedics.
Our mission
• We transport soldiers, civilians, children and infant patients from front-line locations to advanced medical centers.
• We provide life-saving care throughout every journey.
• We build Ukraine’s capacity for critical-care transport. We design protocols, train instructors, and work with hospitals and emergency services nationwide.
• We train the next generation of CCT transport professionals.
Our Team
Our team is made up of over 40 people from different parts of the world, all united by a common mission to save lives. The team includes highly qualified Ukrainian and foreign specialists: anesthesiologists, paramedics, experienced ambulance drivers who ensure safe transportation of patients over long distances.

CCT Course – transportation of intensive care patients
Artesans ResQ team, in collaboration with World Health Organization and Ministry of Health of Ukraine, has created and implemented a unique critical care transport (CCT) course based on internationally recognized best practices and our experience transporting over 2 300 critically ill patients.

Transportation of critically Ill children and newborns
Transportation of children is an extremely challenging task that requires a high level of professionalism and utmost focus. Although all critical care patients require special care, the margin for error with a child or newborn is exceptionally narrow.

MEDEVAC: Transportation of patients abroad
With the onset of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the Medevac program was launched to assist Ukrainian victims who require specialized treatment and further rehabilitation abroad. In collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the European Commission, evacuation flights are conducted to save the lives of the most critically ill patients.
